Refund policy

Returns We accept returns within 14 days from the date your order was shipped. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Order Cancellations As all orders are pre-orders and enter processing immediately upon placement, we do not accept order cancellations. Orders cannot be cancelled before they are delivered to you. If you wish to return an item, please wait until you receive it and follow the return process above.

Exchanges If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will arrange an exchange or replacement.
